An Update On Clerkenwell Green.

Clerkenwell Green’s initiative aims to be finished this Summer looking at improving the area and creating a ‘greener’ space to be enjoyed by the local community, local workers and visitors. Additionally, the improvements look at preserving the area’s historic buildings and other important local landmarks. 

The latest news on scheme show that a cobbled sett paving feature which runs through the center of the site is now complete and looks to create more space for pedestrians through reducing road space, removing all parking on the Green and relocating the two bus stands to Farringdon Lane. New high-quality paving will be laid across the Green along with an additional four benches, seven new trees, sustainable urban drainage and planting.
